2. Cancellations by Carriers or Shippers
- Load Booking Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booked load, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to avoid penalties.
- Late Cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup): May result in fees or loss of booking credit.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a booked load without prior notice may result in suspension of access to future loads.
3. Refunds
- Non-Refundable Services: Any fees paid for platform access, subscription plans, or administrative charges are non-refundable.
- Refundable Payments: Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, system errors, or service failures directly caused by The Dedicated Carriers.
- Load Payments: Payments made for confirmed loads are final and non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
4. Cancellations by The Dedicated Carriers
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., incorrect load details, unavailable lanes, or compliance issues). In such cases:
- A full refund (if applicable) will be issued, or
- You may be offered credit toward a future booking.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify us within 7 business days of the transaction by contacting CONTACT@dedicatedcarriers.com. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
